the gyro and burgers were so good. they came out so fast and freshly made. the staff is really friendly and welcoming. highly recommend i always go back for more!!

Serena’s truly impressed me. I ordered the Polish sausage and the burger, and both were absolutely delicious.The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff were super friendly, which really made the experience even better. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, I highly recommend checking this place out.

From out of town, what a culinary gem! Julio greeted us and served us the most delicious Gyro dinner! I would do well to maybe sit down and camp at Serena's for lunch and dinner for the rest of our stay! Thank you Julio! Great service and great food!

GYRO!!! It was so good! Nice and clean place. Staff was friendly. They played good 80s/90s classic rock and pop music. But that gyro, my goodness. 10/10

Walked from Navy Pier to Sarena's. Ordered gyro plate w/fries and gyro sandwich for eat in. Everything was fine, delicious and vast servings! Asked for to go container for leftovers and two pita breads to go. Got everything including hot pita for leftovers and no charge! That is top notch customer service and we will be back, soon! Great Job!

The cheeseburger (a double at that) was nothing but short of amazing! I was craving a burger and after a 7 minute walk, best late night trip ever! The manager Alan's hospitality was incredible I felt so welcome - coming back here before I leave Chicago!

The place is amazing. The food was amazing-the best greek gyros and chicken I have ever tried in America. Very tasteful! The staff so good, there was one handsome greek guy in the front and Sasa was there too. Very good man and very generous. I recommend it 100% without doubt. Best restaurant in Gold Coast by far.

Serena’s has been a great lunch place for me everything has been very good! Service is excellent I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! Must try the chicken Greek salad 🥗

I was just driving around and stumbled on this place. I wasn’t expecting much since I was just looking for something quick to eat but WOW. The gyros taste like they’re straight from Greece.

Had the pleasure of stopping by Serena's the other day and I was glad that I did. The owner Sasha was so cool and treat to meet. My food was fresh and delicious, and very convenient as I was in town for work and looking for a good meal to eat for dinner. Stop by and pay Sasha a visit

Amazing customer service

Good spot for an easy meal be it for lunch or late dinner. Might be quick but don't expect fast food quality -- expect a friendly staff and a great meal for the price. Glad to have them in the Gold Coast!

Service was amazing! Don’t even get me started on the food. So authentic and delicious. The owner is down to earth and his hospitality is out of this world! Must go place for Late night food.

Serena's has delicious food!! Everything I tried here is so tasty and fresh!! My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich in a pita, but Everything else I tried is great and I haven't been disappointed yet. I found out that they have olives and feta cheese imported from Greece, so it's no wonder that Everything tastes better than other similar places. The staff is always friendly! Their bathrooms are super clean!
